Burglary Suspect WANTED by South Sioux City Police

South Sioux City Police Department have identified the suspect as Richard D Seger and have issued a Felony Warrant for burglary, theft, and criminal trespass.

In a video posted to their Facebook Page South Sioux City Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in identifying the male in this video as he is a suspect in a home burglary.
