South Sioux Police respond to shots fired at 7th and B Street

Multiple 911 calls came into South Sioux Police reporting 3 shots heard just after 12:00AM on Friday Morning at 7th and B Street.



Officer Brian Van Berkum with the South Sioux City Police said the investigation has just begun and not much information is known, officers found no evidence of gunshots and there were no injuries reported. They did recover a handgun and an unfired bullet. The occupants of the home were not very cooperative however police believe they are looking for 2 suspects who were no longer there when they arrived.

South Sioux City Police, Dakota County Sheriff and Nebraska State Patrol Responded.
