Court Documents say that when officers entered the residence just after midnight on Friday, November, 4th 2016 Sandoval jumped from a second story window in order to evade arrest. Some charges stem from Thursday, November 3rd when just after 1:00AM officers attempted to stop a vehicle they observed Sandoval get into when the vehicle and drove over a sidewalk and curb, ignoring traffic laws by not stopping at a stop light at 8th and Hamilton and exceeding 80MPH in a 30MPH zone. The vehicle was located a short time later abandonded.

The vehicle had plates on it that were not registered to it, no insurance, and marijuana was found on the drivers arm rest.
