The criminal complaint says that Rambo, Williamson and another male, also a football player at USD along with three friends met at an off-campus residence to watch a movie. After 2 of the friends left, documents say that Rambo performed unwanted sex acts on a female and Williamson attempted to by grabbing the victim by the hair. Documents say that Rambo admitted to making sexual contact and Williamson denied any involvement saying he wasn’t in the room.

All three players have been suspended from the University of South Dakota Coyotes Football Team.

A statement from USD President James W. Abbot says “the university continues to cooperate with Vermillion police”. “This is a very troubling accusation, and University Police will assist the Vermillion investigation in any way possible, The university is committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all of our students.”
