Man with felony warrant arrested after 2 pursuits in 2 days

Just after 5:00 pm on November 24th Woodbury County Deputies attempted to stop a vehicle they believed to be occupied by Jason Duvall, 26 just East of Sioux City. The vehicle fled from deputies. A grass fire was started in the ditch of Highway 75 and Correctionville Road when the driver drove off Correctionville Road through the ditch and onto Highway 75, the pursuit ended shortly after.

Early Saturday morning the vehicle a Blue Dodge Durango was recovered near Moville. A few hours later Deputies located Jason Duvall driving a Chevrolet S10 Blazer. He led deputies on a short pursuit on 7th street and up Logan Avenue before driving over an enbankment, crashing the vehicle. He jumped out and ran on foot before being captured. He was transported to the hospital as a result of injuries sustained in the crash and foot pursuit.

In addition to previous charges in relation to his felony warrant for possession with the intent to deliver, he's now charged with eluding, theft 2nd, and reckless driving. He's being held at Woodbury County Jail on $56,000 Bond
