Marcos Guthridge, charged again on similar criminal behaviors that have previously been dismissed
Marcos Guthridge, 18 of Sioux City is back in jail on charges of Theft 2nd Degree and Burglary 3rd after an incident on Tuesday where Guthridge and accused accomplice Wiley Spencer, 19 on suspicious of breaking into and taking items from a stolen jeep.
Guthridge faced similar charges in December and January when he was also arrested with Wiley on suspicious of committing similar crimes. All theft and burglary charges in December and January according to court records have been dismissed. There is a single charge of Carrying a Concealed weapon that Guthridge pled guilty to and received a fine.
