Sioux City Fire Rescue responded to the 3100 Block of Highway 75 just before noon on Monday for reports of a garbage truck that had caught fire.
The driver of the garbage truck dumped the truck filled mostly with cardboard and a neighboring business brought a bobcat over to help spread the cardboard out allowing the fire department to extinguish the fire.
The truck was filled with mostly cardboard but the fire department found a bag of garbage within the boxes and they believe the fire started there.
