The City of Sioux City Parks and Recreation Department will hold a public meeting to discuss the Chris Larsen Park – Riverfront Development Project on Tuesday, March 8 at 7:00 p.m., City Hall, 5th Floor Council Chambers, 405 6th Street.

The public meeting will be held to receive input on city-owned property formally utilized by the Argosy Riverboat Casino. SmithGroupJJR Architecture was hired by the City in October of 2015 to develop a master plan for this area of the Riverfront. Public input will help determine what amenities will be developed into the park.

The public is invited to attend. Interested citizens may contact the Parks and Recreation Department at 712-279-6126 with any questions. Please visit our website www.sioux-city.org or the Sioux City Parks and Recreation Facebook Page.
