Sugar in gas tank 15th and Summit

About 2:30AM on Saturday Morning 3 people were observed putting sugar in gas tanks and throwing sugar on cars in the area of 15th and Summit. When confronted they took off running on foot. They were believed to be 3 male teenagers, 2 wearing all black and the other wearing a gray shirt and black pants.
