Woman charged with child abuse after South Sioux City Incident

About 12:30AM Saturday Morning someone reported suspicious activity outside Cherry Ridge Apartment Building in South Sioux City.
It was reported that there was a female with small children in a car outside Cherry Ridge Apartments, that appeared to be involved in illegal activity. When officers arrived they located adults and 2 small children. The female was taken into custody and charged with 2 counts of child abuse. She's currently being held at the Dakota County Jail on $12,500 Bond.
