Arrest for Vehicle Theft and Possession of Drugs

Jesse Lange was arrested after a traffic stop for Theft 2nd Degree, Operating without Owners Consent and Possession of Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia.

According to court documents on October 10th, 2016 Officers ran the Plate of a Red 2004 Jeep Cherokee that came back as stolen from Morningside Colledge 2 days earlier. During the traffic stop, Jesse stated to the officer that he knew the vehicle was stolen and that he had picked the vehicle up himself 2 days earlier from Morningside College. Officers also found methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia on Jesse.

Jessie was booked into the Woodbury County Jail on $5000 Bond with his next court appearance scheduled for October 20th at 9:00AM
