Man arrested after foot pursuit

Sioux City Police attempted a traffic stop of a Gold Nissan Ultima on Wednesday evening about 11:40PM when the driver James Mcclain, 34 fled on foot.

Officers were able to catch up with Mcclain after a short foot pursuit on Ross Street. Mcclain was transported to the Woodbury County Jail and charged with Eluding, No Drivers License, No Vehicle Insurance and Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign.
