As of 7:35 a.m. on Monday, May 29th Cyrus Allen Free is in custody in Scott County Minnesota.

On Thursday, May 25th Thurston County Sheriff's Office posted wanted posters to Facebook of a man Cyrus A Free, described as a Native American Male, 5'10" tall, weighing 240lbs. Free was last seen in a Stolen White 2005 Ford 500 with Nebraska Plate 55-F523
