IN CUSTODY Suspect wanted in connection to death of child in his care

As of 4:30 pm, police say that Tayvon Davis is in Custody.

Police say that Tayvon Davis is wanted on Murder Charges after an infant in his custody died in August of 2008. Davis is approximately 5’11” and 145 lbs. If you know the whereabouts of Tayvon David you can contact Sioux City Police at 712-279-6960
