Disturbance at The Warming Shelter turns hit and run

Sioux City Police, Siouxland Paramedics, and Sioux CIty Fire Rescue responded to a disturbance at the warming shelter where a pickup identified as a Blue Dodge Dakota had reportedly hit and run over a security guard and possibly hit a vehicle while fleeing the scene. Officer witnessed the vehicle swerving in and out of traffic and running traffic lights.

The suspect described as A female, with blonde hair, wearing a blue jacket was involved in a disturbance and when leaving hit and ran over a security guard for the warming shelter. She and the vehicle she was driving were located a short time later.
