An Amber Alert has been issued for Dominique Nicole Lloyd, a17-year-old missing from Kalona, IA believed to be traveling to Georgia or Florida in a 2008 Mazda MZ3 Iowa Plate # DXL519 with Micheal Brad Knuth, 24 Abductor.
