Stolen pickup and dump trailer recovered two arrested

Deputies responded about 1:00AM to the rest area just South of Sergeant Bluff Wednesday Morning after a stolen trailer was spotted.

When deputies arrived on scene they found the trailer which was stolen from South Sioux City and a truck stolen from Ohio. The truck was occupied by two individuals who were taken into custody.

Justin Lynn Brock, 41 was charged with two counts of Theft 2nd Degree, additionally, Brock is a registered sex offender in South Carolina where he has a local Warrant for not registering. He was booked into the Woodbury County Jail on $10,000 Bond 

Erica Elaine Edie, 34 was charged with possession of prescription drug, drug paraphernalia, and an outstanding Warrant. She was booked into the Woodbury County Jail
