A new report shows that an enormous surveillance network is being built with automatic license plate readers (ALPRs) in Iowa.

As I've said before Flock & ALPR cameras aren't the problem. How they are used is the problem. I may like my local law enforcement but I guarantee you local law enforcement have abused these in more ways then you think.
