About 7:45pm on Friday a pursuit started in the City of Onawa a little after 8 it headed north toward Siouxland with about 20 different vehicles chasing it. It struck spike strips about the MM144 (2:00 apx in attached video) it then came to a stop about the 145 and the driver appeared to follow commands and was taken into custody.
