Traffic lights not working live electrical wires down

A transformer has blown and live wires are down in the street near West 4th and Perry Street avoid the area.

Reports of Traffic Lights in the area are also not working properly and some without power in the area. MidAmerican Energy is in route to repair wires and transformer. The police department is getting stop signs setups at affected stoplights.
