Man identified that died in Februarys car fire on Logan Street in Sioux City

About 5:45 pm on February 18th Sioux City Police and Fire responded to 1115 Logan Street in Sioux City for reports of a car fire.

Initial reports indicated a person may be inside the vehicle, crews on scene reported an SUV fully engulfed in flames. The fire was extinguished and the body scheduled for an autopsy. Police say the autopsy has been completed and the investigation is still ongoing but that no foul play is suspected. They have identified the victim as 41-year-old Matthew Fisher.

Information received by Siouxland Scanner indicates that people in the area believe the incident to be suspicious and that the home located at 1115 Logan Street is on the DEAs Clandestine Laboratory list. https://www.dea.gov/clan-lab/clan-lab.shtml
