Two vehicle accident wrong way driver

A two vehicle accident at 13th and Nebraska about 2:15PM was caused by a truck going the wrong way on a one way. 1 person was transported to the hospital. While we on scene another vehicle came down the street going the wrong way. Siouxland Paramedics assisted getting the driver redirected.
