Caught in the act Burglary 1500 Block of 27th Street

A little before 4:00PM on Tuesday a homeowner on the 1500 Block of 27th Street came home to find someone burglarizing their residence. The suspect was in the process of taking electronics and other items.

The resident was able to keep the suspect there until Police arrived. Police arrested Michael Merrill on charges of Burglary 3rd, he’s currently being held at the Woodbury County Jail on $5000 Bond.
