Home security cameras on the 2600 Block of South Cornelia caught this thief trying to take a deck light and a pallet sign.

You can see in the video as she drives down the street then reverses back to the victims home. She first thinks of taking the pallet flag, then moves on to the solar light, when she realizes it's screwed down she takes the address sign hanging on the house. This took place at 4:12 a.m. on Monday, April 17th. It appears as if she stops down the street and possibly stole or attempted to steal from another home. If you know the identity of this person you can contact the Sioux City Police Department.

You can catch thieves on your property with cameras from ring.
