Man reportedly stabbed in arm Tuesday Morning

Police and Rescue responded to 12th and Nebraska about 2:00 a.m. Tuesday morning April 25th after reports that a man was stabbed in the arm.

Scanner traffic indicated a man had been stabbed in the arm by another man who was with a woman carrying a bag.
