Shots fired near Isabella and Villa on Sioux City Westside

Police received reports of 6 or 7 shots being fired at 8:01pm on November, 20th in the area of Villa and Isabella Streets on Sioux City's Westside.

As police were searching the area a three subjects came to the police department and reported that their vehicle was struck by bullets after someone fired shots at it while they were in it.

Police were able to locate shell casings in the 700 block of Isabella Street. It’s believed the suspect fled the area on foot and the shooting was not random. Police are investigating leads. There were no injuries reported.
