Man arrested for Robbery after incident involving gun at 19th and Grandview

A release from Sioux City Police says they responded to the 1900 Block of Grandview in Sioux City Tuesday morning about 4:00 am after a call for a man with a gun.

Police were able to locate 18-year-old Brian Fuentes-Pacas after a search of the area, he was later arrested on charges of Robbery 1st, Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana and Drug Tax Stamp Violation.

The release says that Fuentes-Pacas used a shotgun to assault and then take property from the victim before fleeing on foot. He's currently being held in the Woodbury County Jail without Bond.
