Child left in running vehicle when it was stolen Friday Morning

A release says the child was put in the running vehicle and the parent was getting another child from the residence when it was stolen. They ask anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers at 712-258-8477

All area Law Enforcement were all on the lookout early Friday Morning when a Red 2008 Buick Enclave was reportedly stolen after it was left running with a child inside.

The theft was reported at 5:25am on the 400 Block of Woodland Ave in Sioux City. The vehicle and child were located 15 minutes later about a mile away on the 1600 Block of West Willis, the child was unharmed.
