Dakota County Officials put out an attempt to locate on a Blue Freightliner Semi about 8:45AM on Tuesday morning. K&B reported that a terminated employee took off with one of their trucks while he was supposed to be removing his personal belongings from it.

Jamal Smith is currently being held in the Harrison County Jail after being stopped near Mile Marker 75 in Missouri Valley, Iowa. Smith is charged with 1st Degree Theft.
