At about 5:03 AM an officer asked if they had any other units in the area of Nash and Wright streets in Riverside. He said he was driving by and saw somebody trying to get into a garage with a ladder through a window. He also said the back of they guys sweatshirt said in big capital letters "F THE POLICE." By the time he got turned around the guy had taken off and may have gone southbound through an alley. The ladder was left up against the building.  Nothing was heard after that.
