At about 10:28 AM police received a report of a disturbance in the alley just north of the Kum and Go on Pierce Street.  An older man was assaulted by three suspects believed to be Native American males who took off running north from Kum and Go.  Medical was also called to the Kum and Go for the victim.  A few minutes later a witness said he saw the suspects walking by the Family Dollar store at 14th and Jackson.
