Jeep reported stolen this morning from 4411 Lincoln Way, sometime in the night. The owner of the vehicle told me it was recovered by Woodbury County Sheriff's department about 1:00pm today. Woodbury County Recovered Call

Scanner traffic during the investigation of the recovery Woodbury County Sheriff mentioned KELLY BRYAN MALLOY, who was arrested today on 1st Degree Theft and was a suspect in a Rental car that was not returned to Hertz and was found at his house a month ago. 

There was also a suspicious activity call in the same area in the night.
