A concerned citizen reported 3 people loitering at a Car Wash on the 4300 Block of Floyd Blvd about 4:00AM Tuesday Morning. They appeared to be breaking into the building or pop machine. When police arrived they found a suspect with a crowbar an open pop machine, and cans of soda that had been removed from the machine.

Police arrested 18-year-old Zahary Lewis Grimes, charged with Criminal Mischief 3 and Possession of Burglary tools. Grimes is currently being held at Woodbury County Jail on $2000 Bond.  It was not clear in the other 2 with Grimes were also charged, scanner traffic indicated 2 Juvenile males were transported to the Police Station.
