In the early morning hours of May 26. Sioux City Police say a man was robbed and assaulted.

The incident took place in the 1800 Block of Grandview Boulevard about 4:00 a.m. Police released surveillance video which appears to show a Black Male, with tattoos on his arms struggling with the victim before taking off.

Police believe the suspect arrived in a white car seen at the start of the video and then when the victim got out of their SUV and started walking was attacked.
