Around 1:00 pm on Wednesday a Morningside resident received an alert that someone may be in their home on the 4200 Block of Natalia Way.

The homeowner contacted someone nearby who checked and found visible signs of forced entry to the rear of the home. Police were called and responded to check and clear the home. No suspect was located at the residence.

The investigation is just getting underway, information about the amount of damage or what if anything was taken is not available at this time.
