Sioux City Fire responded 2119 Nash St In Sioux City about 20 minutes to 5:00 pm on Monday afternoon July 23rd for reports of a Garage Fire.

It took firefighters about 20 minutes to get the fire under control and about an hour to completely extinguish hot spots.

Deputy Fire Marshal Joe Rodriguez says the fire was ignited by a motorcycle that was being worked on and quickly spread. There were no injuries from the fire but the garage and it's contents including multiple motorcycles are a complete loss.
