Sioux City Fire responded to two fires early Thursday Morning. The first at 4:45 am on the 100 Block of West 3rd, a dumpster fire. The second about 6:00 am at 701 West 7th Street, tires on fire.

Police are asking for assistance in identifying a suspect from a video clip at the 701 West 7 Street fire. There was minor damage caused by the fire.
