Sioux City Police responded to the 2000 block of Boise Street about 2:26 am Wednesday morning, November 7th in the Riverside Neighborhood for reports of a suspicious SUV with several occupants.
Police located a Silver Dodge Durango in the area. In the process of the investigation individuals admitted to breaking into more than 10 but less than 20 vehicles stealing miscellaneous items such as lighters and money and carrying a BB gun for protection while doing so. On individual was also in possession of a window punch, used to break window silently.
Two arrests were made, Chance Rebel Nielsen, 19 was charged with Burglary 3rd and Possession of Burglary Tools. Alexander Dewayne Paul, 20 was charge with Burglary 3rd. Both were booked into the Woodbury County Jail.
