Police responded to reports of a stabbing at 1520 South St Aubin in Sioux City's Morningside neighborhood about 10:06 pm on Friday, November 16th.

Police say that an argument between to people that lived together ended with the victim being stabbed in the upper chest. The victim was transported to the hospital with serious non-life-threatening injuries.

The suspect 21-year-old Oracio Alderete-Hamilton was charged with Aggravated Assaulted and booked into the Woodbury County Jail.
