Sioux City Police put out an Attempt to Locate for a wanted Male, Dominick Bland who's phone last pinged in Sioux City but has since been shut off. He's described as Asian/Black Mix,  5'11, 140lbs, and born in 1992. He's driving a 2001 Red Oldsmobile Alero with Colorado Plates. He's also believed to be suicidal and Wanted out of Texas for Aggravated Sexual Assault on a Child.

There is a Warrant for Dominick Bland out of Potter County Texas.
