Sioux City Police say they responded to a crash Monday morning about 8:00 am Monday on the 2400 block of South Lewis Boulevard near Glenn Avenue.

Officers found a single vehicle that was traveling South on South Lewis Boulevard had left the roadway and struck a pole. The single occupant of the vehicle suffered fatal injuries as a result of the crash.

The crash remains under investigation, detail about the crash and driver are not being released at this time.
