Sioux City Fire and Police responded to the 4600 block of Peters ave in Sioux City's Morningside neighborhood about 4:20 am Sunday morning for reports of a second suspicious fire, the first being on June 30th less than 2 weeks ago in the late afternoon.

This time the fire was outside with some damage to the fire and heat to the exterior of the home, the last time minor damage on the interior. The cause of the fire although suspicious is being investigated.
