Just after 7:00 pm Thursday Sioux City Police, Fire and EMS responded to reports of a gunshot injury on the 1400 block of Ingleside Avenue. Police arrived on the scene and rendered aid until EMS arrived.

Video of the incident shows a male party accidentally discharging the firearm striking the victim. No charges were filed. The victim was transported to the hospital.
