Authorities indicate the 12-year-old has died as a result of the drowning incident on Tuesday.

At 1:47 pm Crews in Woodbury County responded to Little Sioux Park in Correctionville Iowa for reports of a possible 12-year-old boy drowning.

The Juvenile was transported to the hospital after being pulled from the water and CPR being administered. Further information on the Juvenile and their condition is not being released at this time.
