Sioux City Police attempted to stop a vehicle in the 1300 Block of Villa Avenue Tuesday about 10:00PM. The vehicle circled the area for a few minutes reaching speeds of 50MPH before being blocked by police. The occupant described as a White Male ran on foot before being tased by Police. Medical was dispatched to the scene near the 2300 Block of West 2nd Street.
