An update from Sioux Couty Sheriff's Department says the kidnapping suspect is described as a 55-65 male, white beard, brown John Deere baseball cap, brown shorts and shirt, blue shoes and may be carrying a bag of some type.

According to a report from Sioux County Sheriff's Office on Nixle

A while male, with a white beard wearing a brown shirt, brown John Deere hat, brown shorts and blue shoes with yellow and green reportedly told the girl his name was Bill Benson and he knew her and that her mother sent him to pick her up.

The girl did not know the man and the parent did not send anyone to pick her up. The 10-year-old girl ran away when the man did not know the family password. No attempt was made to grab the girl. He was last seen walking from Kinderspielen Park in Orange City.
