A release from Sioux City Police says that Sergio Pinedo, 21 sexually assaulted 2 residents at Opportunities Unlimited where he was employed. 

Police were notified by Opportunities Unlimited on September, 29th about a reported sexual assault of a resident by an employee. During their investigation, Police learned of another victim that had also been sexually assault. 

Police say that Opportunities Unlimited responded immediately as well as appropriately and professionally and cooperated fully in the investigation.

Police arrested Sergio Pinedo on October, 6th. He was booked into the Woodbury County Jail on two counts of 3rd Degree Sexual Abuse. He's currently being held on $25,000 Bond with his next court appearance scheduled for October 17th at 9:00AM
