Arrest made in credit card theft from Stoney Creek

Police arrested Tracie Russell, 40 on Thursday Morning in connection with the theft.

Russell is charged with 4 counts of Forgery, 2 counts of Theft 2nd, 2 counts of Theft 5th, Identify Theft, Credit Card Fraud, Criminal Mischief 5th and Public Intoxication. She's currently being held at Woodbury County Jail with her next court appearance scheduled for November 14th at 9:00AM.

In the early morning hours of Wednesday, November 2nd, 2016 a female stole a binder containing credit card information from Stoney Creek Inn.

According to a post on Facebook from Sioux City Police the pictured female stole the binder of credit card info and left in a red SUV. Police are asking for the Publics assistance in identifying the individual and/or vehicle pictured.
