Crews are responding to a head-on collision on Highway 20 at the NE Road 9 junction just South of Martinsburg.

Rescue crews from Ponca and Allen are on scene and at least 2 patients are being transported to the hospital with unknown injuries.

Traffic is backing up on Highway 20, seek an alternate route if possible.
