According to court documents Rosa Porter, 36 a caregiver at Holy Spirit Retirement Home used a debit card that didn't belong to her.

The complaint says that Porter used the victim's debit card 8 times in transactions totaling $984.86 from November 28th through December 2nd, 2016.

Rosa Porter was arrested on Thursday and charged with Theft 3rd Degree, Credit Card Fraud, and Financial Adult Abuse. She is currently being held on $2000 Bond with her next court appearance scheduled for January 9th, 2017 at 9:00AM
